Under the Big Top Premier Gala offers all-inclusive night of food & fun for a great cause
Care Ring’s Under The Big Top premier gala takes place on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at the Hilton Charlotte Center City and promises to be “the greatest show in town”. The evening is co-chaired by Cheryl and Will Hadley and Pam and Mark Markiewicz and will include creative performances, open bar, live and silent auctions, dinner and dancing to Mo’ Money.
This fundraising event brings together 400 professionals, community leaders and healthcare advocates in the mission to empower individuals with limited resources to establish and maintain good health. It will showcase Care Ring’s three service lines: the Low-Cost Clinic for the working poor, Physicians Reach Out for the uninsured and Nurse-Family Partnership for low income, first-time parents.
“The need remains great for more than 100,000 residents in our community to access timely, affordable healthcare” said Don Jonas, Executive Director for Care Ring “and it is events like Under the Big Top that help us reach those goals”.
All proceeds of the event benefit Care Ring, a local nonprofit with nearly sixty years of healthcare service in Mecklenburg County.
