Frank K. Lord, IV is a member of Herrick's Art Law Group, based in New York City, and represents collectors, art dealers, claimants, auction houses, and museums in matters relating to art and cultural property law. His ongoing cases include his work with Marei von Saher - the heir of Dutch art dealer Jacques Goudstikker - who is pursuing the recovery of hundreds of artworks that were seized by the Nazis during World War II.
Mr. Lord obtained his undergraduate degree in Art History from Davidson College, his Ph.D. in Art History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and his law degree from Columbia University School of Law.
