The 33rd Annual Witherspoon Lecture: Neighboring Faiths: Jews, Christians and Muslims

UNC Charlotte’s 2017 Witherspoon Lecture will focus on how Jewish, Christian and Muslim societies interact with and think about each other, from their origins to today. The lecture will be delivered by David Nirenberg of the University of Chicago .

David Nirenberg, Deborah R. and Edgar D. Jannotta Distinguished Service Professor of Social Thought and History, and Dean of the Social Sciences Division, at the University of Chicago.

Reception at 6:00 p.m. and followed by the talk at 7:00 p.m.

Parking: Complimentary parking is available with a special permit in the lot at 420 E. 9th St., directly across Brevard from UNC Charlotte Center City. Instructions for obtaining a permit will be sent to RSVPs before the lecture.
