Please join the Jewish Federation’s Community Relations Council on Thursday evening, January 8 at 7 PM in Gorelick Hall at Shalom Park for A Look Back: Perspective on Israel and Gaza

Presented by Jeremy Maissel of Israel Seminars. Jeremy is a resident of Kibbutz Alumim – a Gaza border community.

Jeremy will discuss the IDF Operation Protective Edge in Gaza in the summer of 2014 from a personal experience direct from the Gaza border, how events were portrayed in Israel as well to the outside world and provide a context and background to the recent round of violence in Israel.
