 Every Beat Counts" is a concept to help change our lifestyle and eating ha
 bits. It is part of a wider collaboration between JCC Association and nati
 onal Hadassah that allows JCCs to use Hadassah’s heart healthy content\,
  and requires local JCCs and Hadassah chapters to work together on the pro
 gramming. We will begin in the JCC gym with a group exercise/dance at 6:30
 pm for about an hour and then ending in a wine and appetizers event from 7
 :30-8:30pm in Gorelik Hall.
